Done about 6000 miles on them. Tbf I haven't had the tracking checked since I fitted coilovers but they are bald evenly

Yeah but if you like to drive normally once in a while they're crap. Don't see why it should be necessary to do a burnout when you want to go down the shops

If you are getting through any set of tyres with 6k road miles you are obviously driving far too hard

i got through a set of my vredesteins in 6k miles and don't drive hard at all.
just a soft compound i think.

suprised tbh. theyre a harder compound so normally appauling for grip, but actually will last quite some miles.
count yourself lucky they are nankangs. i did a set of 195 50 15 yoko a048r cheap at 120 quid per tyre in about 800 miles.

Ive done about 10k on this set of nankangs, they are utter shite when its wet, brilliant in the dry though, I only bought them cause they were dirt cheap

I had Nankangs all round on mine, grip wasn't too bad but I know have Toyo Proxes T1R on the front (nankangs on the back for now) and the grip on the front is alot better.

Front set of Yoko S-drives on my B lasted 2 months. Dont know how many miles, but 40miles a day to work and whatever i did after. They gripped brilliantly but were soft i think.
