how do you get over a ex?
ive been split 2 month. i cant stop thinking about her and now i find out she has some 1 else. i dont really show other females much attention either because i think about her all the time

i still dream about one of mine all the time mate. does my head in because i got over it a couple of years ago. think its just cause i was with her for so long. you just have to accept that it will take a long time. you'll probably find someone else to take your mind off it soon anyway.

If she's an Ex, shes an Ex for a reason. It wasn't ment to be, which is why it didn't work in the first place. 9.9 times out of 10 its not her your missing, its the company and companionship. Focus on family and friends and go out and do things you wouldn't have maybe tried before. A holiday is a good call. I've always lived by the rule to never get back with an Ex. If it was ment to be, both parties would have made it work.

mines about 6 months and even though im with someone else i will always have random times where i think about her, tbh as bad as it may sound, find someone else just to take your mind of them, and dont talk to them that was the biggest mistake i made was trying to stay friends with her did really work just made me worse so i stopped talking to her for about 4months and no i can just about speak to her but when ever i do i cant help ut think i dont give a crap which is good

If its anything like one of mine, I just laugh every time I see her. Just because of how everything has turned out for her!
Its is hard not to think of them when things either get tough of something reminds you of them. You just have to get up, Either do something to keep you busy or something that you enjoy doing.
And you're probably going to be fed up of hearing this, But theres pleanty more fish in the sea!
