They'll give you about 3k for it in the end. You take your car to them and they pick up on every tiny little detail and knock you down on the price by a massive margin and then charge you a massive admin fee. It was in a magazine somewhere that online they offered £300 for a Galaxy or Sharan or some people carrier, then in person offered £100 then minus the £88 admin fee meant they were selling their car for £12 Obviously id say it gets better the more youre offered and the admin fee makes less difference but its never what they offer. Just take your car to them and see what they say you can always say no

firstly you need to remember, people who go online often exagerate the condition of their car saying its "mint" when in fact it is not when inspected.

sold my TT to them about 3 years ago

Great service - Offfered me 2k over part ex and about 700 below what they were in AT

I had no admin fees and they transferred the money into my count there and then

Might have changed since

They are part of the Carcraft group and to be honest I think they had a potnetial buyer for my car as people were looking at it in the car park when they inspected it befiore they took into the garage for a full inspection

offered me 6750 for my impreza.

I sold it to a private buyer for 8600 2 days later.

Quite some difference, especially if they would have knocked down the original quote also.

Where did the carcraft thread go? He was slagging webuyanycar in that.

He won't do it anyway, same as he won't buy a camper, or do anything at all except drive his berlingo about with his fuel card on empty roads because nobody drives anymore.

It values my astra as 9650, which is only a couple of hundred quid less than I paid for it.

There was a report about them in sundays mirror saying how they worked all the prices out. Basically they look for any small mark and knock hundereds off for them.

They offered me £70 for my Punto GT that's before the £50 admin free reduction and what they take off when they actually see it, which is usually around 15% iirc? So basically, I'd end up with £17!
