Not good, I cannot be fucked doing anything I'm seriously contemplating 'going to the toilet' and nipping back across to the boozer for another 5.

Why wasn't I warned this would happen?

My mates work in town across the road from a pub. They went one dinner and one of them had 2 pints and 2 shots, later that afternoon he was seen running across the road and he had 2 more

I used to do this on a regular basis on a friday, the most I had was 5 stella's. I was hammered, largely due to how sober everyone was not a good idea but you're just gonna have to do deal with it

Its great but then not so great if/when you have to go back to work. The pub is on the same plot of land as our building and I can literally see the side of it from my window

Absolutely no way I do it anymore, it's bad enough sitting here without a drink.

Beer in the vending machines at work, not a good idea with English people working there.

Though there's something cool about taking swigs from a bottle whilst sat at your desk

Its dangerous when you have a couple and need to do something after, like shopping with the misses, beer in the afternoon = home and sleep

Drink + hot day = major tiredness
For me anyway.
Used to go to the pub for lunch at uni, then back to the union for more, then couldn't be fucked for the rest of the day.
