banks charged me over £150 in the last 3 months for going overdrawn.
Iv asked for a overdraft numerous times, but they wont give me one, yet im good enough for a 2.5k credit card
Where do i stand for getting my money back?

Can't you budget so you don't go into your overdraft?

No, you have no overdraft so you can't spend more than you have in your account. If you have a CC that has 2.5k on it, why not use that? Or not spend what you dont have/

its not the banks fault you go overdrawn so why should you be able to claim back the charges they have presented you with?
its up to you, and you alone to stay in credit.

An overdraft is technically the banks money the same as a loan. Why would they let you borrow money for free? Either make the time to put the money into your account or budget accordingly for when you can do.

which bank is it? You wont get any money back now as its not illegal as it has been passed by the FSA, hence the court case. Your bank will tell you to hop it. You wont get an overdraft because of recent charges aswell.

you pay interest on a loan. spending money in your account that isnt yours is no different. you are being charged as you cannot manage your money. its entirely up to you.

Nowhere, they can charge whatever they like, as you're spending their money

If it's once in a blue moon that it happens then you can phone them up sounding a bit coy and they'll refund you the charges if you're lucky. Three times in three months though you're not going to get any sympathy. It's all in the terms of the account so just be careful in future!

They are charging you for the priviledge of having money that isn't yours. Make time to sort out?

You can get some of ti back because my mums friend done it, when you go over it cost the bank £5, and you usually get charged around £30-35.
Im not sure how you go about getting it back though

All i can say is.. Join A&L, this morning i had a Direct Debit go out and money hadn't gone in.. they covered the direct debit and i went in with cash and paid it off.. luckily.
i have also been in this situation with charges.. recently charges have gone through the roof because they now know that you cannot claim them back, and unless you can 'PROVE' that you are hard up by what they are charging you. you dont have a leg to stand on.
the charges i was getting with halifax were extremely high, but i payed up and closed the account.
also try changing the date that they take money from your account/ the date you have to pay them by.
e.g. you get paid on the 25th of every month,
have the payment date set to 5th of every month...
two option from here...
take cash out and pay into that account directly (this will instantly credit your DEBT account)
or
you can tranfer online on the 26th of every month so that the money will get there ontime.?
^^^^^^^
this worked for me and will certainly help you out

They'll give you £2,500 credit card but not an overdraft?
I got an £100 overdraft (not a lot, but what I requested) with a current account, £1,000 interest free overdraft student account and £350 credit limit on a student credit card with NatWest when I was 18.
I'd be looking at another bank if the overdraft is that important to you - which by the sounds of it, it is.
edit; The overdraft was with part-time wages as well.

Student is completely different, credit search isnt the same. Also applying for a credit card has different checks than an overdraft.
