When you ring a company to check something the person on the other end of the phone speaks to you like a piece of shit?
I just rang Camskill to check to see when exactly my tyres will be arriving seeing as they were ordered Tuesday and dispatched Wednesday  and I'm spoke to like a c4nt.
Honesty if he had been face to face I reckon a fight would have broke out.
But that isn't isolated to just Camskill, there is one girl at Thorney that speaks to people like you are a complete retard as well which pisses me off.

Dont get me started on customer service attitudes. Ive had pricks yawning down the phone before when I had to go out my way to call up to fix their mistake!!

I hate people who don't use manners over the phone. If someone phones me and is being a twat I just hang up on them. people seem to forget their manners when they are not face to face.

I rang my Natwest advantage gold helpline a month or so ago to insure my iPhone, he asked me for house number and I told him that we have a house name so I spelt it for him "H O L L I E S" and then went on to ask for street name and I said "Boundary Close" and the imbecile asked me to spell Boundary.
At that point I hung up, if you can't spell Boundary I don't hold much hope for the rest of the call.

When the thorney girl speaks down to you, put her in her place. "don't you dare talk down to me, im a customer, and if you carry on talking to me in such a deogitory manner, I will take my custom elsewhere and also have no problem informing the vauxhall online community of the shocking attitude in which your giving me".
No doubt she will highly apologise. I used to love getting the sh1tty calls from know-it-all secretaries, who don't know it all, or they wouldn't be calling me.
I had a women on the phone the other day call me about a problem with her printer. I put her on hold, and she started whinging about if you want a job done properly, don't ask a man.
At which point I took her off hold, and asked her does she want this job doing, as clearly being a man I can't do it, but ironically who are you calling?? Thats right, a man, and who's fixing your problem that you can't sort, thats right, a man......
Put her right in her place, esp as shes an old temp hoe. I hear shes done the same to others, and after another comment by me, her contract won't be renewed
I wasn't bothered at all, my boss was screwing though

Yep, if I receive shitty attitude or service, I just take note & never go back to them. Then if/when they call to ask why I tell them exactly why i'll never use them again & that they'll learn not to shite on their own doorstep i.e. their customers!!

I went to Asda last night and had a very strange bloke serving me at the till. Saw him and he looked like a Chav so didn't expect the best service from him to start with, then the scanner wouldn't work so he started swearing at it, calling it allsorts, and then he started hitting the screen
Then, when speaking to me he was nice as fuck, couldn't have been more polite. I'd bought a load of glasses and he wrapped them all up so they wouldn't break and everything.
Must have hated that till though, as when I was walking off I could here him talking, I looked round and pressumed he was talking to someone else but he was right close up to the till mumbling at it and shaking the screen again

Take the plug out of the duct and line the hole up with the one on the lower arm. Put the plug back in and the securing tube back in the middle.
The open face should be pointing towards the front of the car so it channels the wind to the brakes.
Not sure if that makes sense? Well certainly not to anyone else reading
