Thats pretty normal - the signal usually goes from the crank sensor to the ecu...

How do you know there is no signal from the crank sensor?

ok but why is it not sparking its all wired up the same colour wire to wire and earthed

Yea u always get that error when the engine isnt running

Crank senor is a hall sensor,

best option is check the output direct from it when u crank

How are you testing for spark? Possible coil pack is on the way out

Yes.

Have you tried an LED on your injectors?

Are you getting fuel? If not, I would be looking at the ECU.

what engine is it?
all your earths good?
no live to the coil/dizzy?
if its coilpack maybe try a new one.

how would i get a live as simpal as a wire form the battery to coli should that be in the loom tho is a 20l 8v

there will be a wire in the engine loom iirc,mines black and its near the dizzy,this needs to have an ignition live for the engine to run.but then mines a red top so not sure how much your loom differs,as ive not looked at one for a while.

No spark and injectors not firing is either the crank sensor or the ECU if on a C20XE.

What engine is it and are you getting fuel?

have not trid the led test do not no what that is and im not geting fuel unless i put a wire from the battey and some green wire in the bay of the loom
