Well the time has come to finally admit that i have no time to finish my corsa project lots of parts available, some parts i may have missed so please ask!

Right the list of whats going!

Shell £2500




Shell will be with no suspension on at all
no bonnet
Full 6 point weld in roll cage, tied to front and rear suspension points, harness bar rear floor has been cut out and a flat floor fitted, seat rails have been welded in also will also have full poly carb windows fitted with sliders on both front windows, interior has been painted in a dark grey, exterior is flame red, can do a deal with other parts if they buyer wants.

Engine complete £6000





1.6 16v corsa engine
DK engineering crank
ACL big end and main bearings
Seinz con rods with ARP rod bolts
Woosner forged pistons with larger valve cut outs
Ported cylinder head lots of work done to this
Paul ivy One piece valves (std size)
Bronze valve guides
Cometic head gasket
ARP head stud kit
Piper double valve springs
Solid lifters and shims
Newman custom 300degree cams
The block has been broddled inside to help with oil returning
SBD vernier pullies
SBD metal idler pullies
Electric water pump with controller
Water pump blank plate fittted, can be returned to std water pump set up if wanted with ease
Manual cambelt tensioner fitted
Jenvey 45mm taper throttle bodies with 90mm trumpets (can sell with shorted trumpets to fit std bulkhead if necessary)
Pipercross dome filter and base plate to suit
BTB/SBD exhaust manifold
Pace dry sump kit with tank
SBD small bottom pulley and trigger wheel with crank sensor
Smooth cam cover fitted with aluminium capheads
Astra VXR injectors, these ae possibly a bit on the large side so can supply with more suitable injectors if wanted

Clutch and flywheel
helix 4 paddle clutch with new LUK std pressure plate clutch has seen 4000miles £100

Helix aluminium pot type flywheel £200

Suspension and roll bars
Solid adjustable top mounts £80
K-Mac front anti roll bar powdercoated orange £100

Brakes


Rear disc beam with cav sri rear discs and calipers inc handbrake shoes beam is powdercoated yellow £150
Compbrake direct fit bias pedal box with master cylinders and resovoirs and pedal ready to fit £200


Interior and seats
Carbon floor trays corsa specific £200
Flat carbon door cards - front only £100



Custom made central fuse board with 3 52mm gauge holders and included toggle switches £90

Engine mounts
Harry Hockley front gearbox mount £70
Harry Hockley engine mount £100 - never fitted


fuel system £500




Facet red top lift pump
Alloy swirl pot


Plumbed in fire extinguisher

Full plumbed in fire extinguisher with NEW uncut fire extinguisher hose and 3 jets with 2 release handles £150

I think thats it, but there is alot of stuff! so ask i may have it! also i know there isnt lots of piccies so please ask if you want specific pictures!

car was built as a very light track car. no expence spared on this build!

Forgot to say i will post parts but with the bigger stuff i prefer collection, Payment can be made paypal, plus fees, cash, bank transfer or cheque, i will have to wait for cheques to clear before posting stuff tho!

SR-91, trust me it cost alot more than 13k to build!

thing is pretty much all of its done less than 200miles!

Full plumbed in fire extinguisher - talk to me whos it made by, whats it contain, how many meters of tubing is there and what would you take for it? theyre only £130 new from demon thieves

I hope you can sell the engine as one but it is a lot of money. Is it a steel crank or just polished? What power did it give?
If you decide to split it I would be interested in the Jenvey 45mm taper throttle bodies with 90mm trumpets, Pipercross dome filter and base plate, and Pace dry sump kit.

Will give you £75 posted for the Vibratechnics rear gearbox mount, let me know.
Are the Hockly mounts for the early or later chassis?
