I've always wanted a Corsa since I was 14-15ish. Now I'm 18 I have had a Nova 1.4 SRi and currently have a Ford Escort 1.6SI. Anyways I'm selling up to get a Corsa SRi or Sport.

My mate who has been driving for about 4 months, and is on his 2nd Corsa Sport after crashing one is against me getting a Sport. He reckons I'm copying him and a couple of mates agree. His is modded and mine will be too but totally different. I think it's bloody immature. I have agreed not to get the same colour but I am still getting a Spoprt or SRi. He likes bodykits e.t.c. where as I'm going for performance so it'll be subtle in a way
Has anyone else encountered this before. I think it's stupid and he wasn't the first to own a Corsa. What do you all think?

my m8 has an L reg caribic blue gsi, i loved it so i bought an N reg one...they have differences (wheels etc) so they are different.
