I had same dilemma -- interior or engine... when I costed up the interior I have no choice but to do the ENGINE!!! (Just trying to sort insurance now)

Engine, more fun to play with your car. Also how much is it gonna cost ya? cos you can do cool paint effects for fairly cheap.
