Mine goes into the body shop tomorrow and debating whether to get it removed and smoothed or just get the bit rust around it tidied up.

Has anyone regretted losing the rear wiper?

If it wasn't going in tomorrow I'd say try and drive round without using it for a couple of weeks. I tried it and it soon gets annoying when it's chucking it with rain or it just gets generally dirty.

I haven't missed mine. Doesn't get dirty enough to the extent I can't see out the back. Side mirrors are your friend.

My nova never had a wiper from factory, on long dirty rainy motorway trips the rear screen was impossible to see through, But as long as you keep the washer its not so bad, also try rainx?

rather than smooth it, why dont you remove it and put one of the black stoppers in the small hole thats left? then you can put it back on if it pisses you off, or get it smoothered at a later date if it doesnt?

keep it and fit one of the smooth plastic fiat arms in its place

Looks 100% better then the vaux one and retains all its function.
I would miss mine I think. ie this morning the rear was misted up on the outside when I went to reverse off the drive. Just put on the wiper rather then fanny around with side mirrors or getting out and wiping it

I took it off my corsa c in winter time for the short period that I owned it. Big mistake imo, but that will probably be because I was used to having one there.

When it rains or snows you'll regret it, especially at night.

Mine was smoothed when i brought, i always used it on my escort i had before but i never missed it when i got my corsa.

It does get dirty and sometimes hard to see but that only means you have to clean it every so often, hardly a demanding task.

Also when it get misted up, just stick the heated rear screen on, works for me

i de wiperd my corsa. i always used it when it was there. but soon as i took it off it didnt bother me.
as said above, rainx on the rear window and all the water will run off, just when it gets dirty on long trips.

When I didcmy semi smooth, didn't miss it once, if it got two bad could just wash it. I would say go for it alternatively get a hung from halfords and run that for a while and then make your decision

No, that's the point

I think those Fiat ones look too small on the Corsa tbh.
