I think it means only he can drive his car insured. Unless ofc the other driver has 3rd party cover, in which case they'll be insured but not fully comp.

It must have changed again then, it caused me loads of problems in December there.
Just got an admiral quote, it's still not on the site so I'd go with they still don't do it.

When did you take out the policy?
I got it under 25 but there was only 1 company I could find in the whole of britain.
When did you take the policy out? before the end of last year?

Its a stupid condition anyway, why would you want to drive any car of substantial value with just TPFT cover??
Ive got it but ive never used it!!

I use it all the time on cars worth substantial value, easier and cheaper than going round getting insured on every car I might need to drive.

Agreed so long as you get on ok 'borrowing' folks cars. I'd hate to stack a friend or family members car & then have to tell them I dont have £xxxxx to give them to replace it.
I dont need to drive many peoples cars other than occasionally Jades & my old mans, it doesnt cost a lot to have me as a named driver on their policy.

i asked quinn and they said to me, no matter what age you are, as long as you have a full uk driving licence you can drive any car with them.

This is why i never let anyone drive my car, regardless of weather they have 3rd party cover or not, because i know they cant afford to repair or replace should they stack it.
