Who do I tell about this? The police or DVLA? The vehicle is taxed until October but declared SORN and must have been driven to where its been parked (near my dad's garages).

Disc says Oct, but they SORN'd it anyway, probably.

If the car had tax, then it got SORN'd i'd say you can't drive it.

it doesnt matter if he crashes into you and he doesnt have tax its insurance you want to worry about

i'd say its taxed

"sorn not due" to me sounds like you dont have to sorn it because its taxed
