I remember when you could draw out £5.

Helped us out as poor pikey 15 year olds no end Take out £10 for the day, swimming, McDonalds, perving, 10 fags,, and draw out another £5 for the bus back home.

they do let you draw a fiver out in manc but its usually over the student part of the city. i've still never seen one that lets you and i've needed to a few times.

Some cash machines in London only give it £5 notes. Quite handy really.
