Evening. Just a couple of quick questions.
What pads etc do you use to apply polish or wax with? And what do you use to buff off? I am currently using yellow dusters from Halfords as they're cheap lol.
And what brushes do you use to get behind the wheels? Just had mine refurbed and will be applying a few layers of wax but I'm keen to keep the backs of the wheels just as clean without having to take them off all the time. But as you can see from the photo below I don't know how achievable that is as there's not alot of space.
Ta.

I use microfibre clothes to apply and remove my polish. Works a treat.
For the wheels id take the wheels off and apply as many layers of wax as you can and then just use kitchen brushes to keep them clean.

Yeah I will be applying lots of wax as soon as they come out of the wheel refurbers but obviously taking them off everytime to give them a clean is a pain. I don't mind doing it every now and again but I'm not doing it everytime. I was hoping someone could recommend a long but thin brush that's thick enough to wipe dirt off easily without scratching the paint??

I use something similar to this.
They are just normal kitchen brushes. Really really cheap and theres a massive range of them so you can get softer ones in a variety of shapes.

Any chance of giving some reference of size to how big the small/large one is? As the pictures are just on a plain white background

I've used Poorboys Wheel Sealent in the past, made cleaning easier and Bilberry wheel cleaner comes highly recommended

Got that one myself, not bad but a bit a pain as if you put to much pressure on it just bends

Its great for doing the inner wheels and getting between the spokes and for that I would recommend it. I still find I have to use a mit to really clean up the wheel face though.

Yeah I didn't mean it to be used on the face of the wheels I would still use a sponge on them. On that recommendation I shall purchase it, hope the smaller one is big enough

Well done BluKoo advertising for your brother has served him a good profit I ended up spending £35 instead of just the £13 for the brush
