Pretty impressive really, more power than an engine with equivalent emissions and lower emissions than one with similar power. It's also smaller, lighter and more fuel efficient than engines with similar power

Sounds pretty good if you compare it to my old 1.2 C. Less power, bigger heavier engine and no turbo to make driving through town easier.

Probably expensive for what it is, and I wouldn't have one, but clever stuff.

No matter what gear or rpm it had nothing just made more noise around 5k


Was worse on fuel then the gsi and vts I have owned since too


Drives supercharged Tec with torque

whatabout all these minis, mk1 golfs etc that run them, do they have to be seriously lightweight

yep, think about it, when one is on it's compression stroke, the other is on is exhaust stroke, 180 degrees around

wont it be 360degrees if its 4 stroke? ie one cylender will be intake stroke and one will be on the power stroke?

1 power stroke every 360 degrees?
