I prefer the front of design 2, but the reverse of design 1.

Number 1 but imagine that will be fairly expensive with full colour?

Not sure.
The images on number one will be stupidly small when printed and become pointless.
Number two gives the impression you are more of a graphic designer than a photographer.

Actually, number 2 definitely.
Number one looks way too busy and will be difficult to see any detail.

Being critical id say neither. I prefer number 1 but the gradient on the text ruins it for me.

My cousin has a business card... business
I prefer number 1 tbh. I want to like the second one, but as Andy Kent said, it doesn't really look like a photographer's card.

Number 1 for me
I like how the name is kinda highlighted by the fats it's white and the rest fades.
Also on the reverse is some good advertising for some pictures you have previously taken.
But as said, would it not cost a lot more to do?

nah wouldnt cost alot more like that, but tbh if i had that one, i would like to have the pics rased up on the card, or the logo on the front raised and that would be costly etc.

The second one by a mile.
Looks so much more professional.
Without sounding disrepectful the front of the first one doesn't have enough of a "design". It's just text really.
I like how the front of the second one is a bit different. A bit more "designed". It will stick in peoples minds more which is what a business card is all about.
- Also if you were going for the second one I'd leave it all matte and pick out your name in blue.. or maybe even all of your repeated names using Spot UV.
