I bought it off a lad on this site a couple of months ago, had a blown engine so sourced an X16XE and me and my brother did the headgasket, cambelt, and the main service parts before fitting it! Well pleased with it so far, alot quicker than the 1.4 8v Ibiza Chill i had before.

Already done a few bits to it such as new lowering springs as 80mm on the front and 90mm on the back were too low for me to drive anywhere in it! So its now sitting at 60mm all round on apex springs and uprated shocks. I've also fitted a Sportex race tube with a standard sri backbox to replace the peashooter it came with (think it was off a 1.0!). Under the bonnet i've got an induction kit with a cold air feed (needs improving) and a set of performance plug leads.

Next job is to replace the EGR valve and sort out the bodywork, i'll do my best to keep everything updated!

Not long after collecting the car. This was when the blown engine was in it and after a quick clean because it had been sat at a farm.

How the car stands now

I always think that Corsa Sports should have the sidestrips and badges on, breaks the car up a bit and doesn't look so base model esq

Cheers everyone, i plan on keeping it pretty much as it is. Main things i want to do is clean all the engine bay and underneath the car properly and get the bodywork sorted. Need to clean it tomorrow from its 310 mile round trip for VBOA!
