Basically a neighbour just went mad at me for no reason, well for looking out the window. I was looking out the window whilst my computer was downloading, and I saw him smirk and say something to some one else whilst looking at me, then he went in this other persons garden. I confronted him from my window saying "what is your problem, I can't look out the window?" he went mad, and said "go back to your room you wanker" I stormed downstairs obviously pissed off, kept on arguing then I went in. He kept saying I am the one who is paranoid as well lol Can't remember word for word what happened, but so tempted to smack him in the mouth at the time but he would get so much pleasure doing me for assault or what ever.

And to sum him up, the neighbour has been a constant prick for years now, a right bizzy body who gets in every one else's business, and wants to know everything, a total cock. he complained because we shut the door and it made a noise, yet he had bulding work for nearly two years eith constant noise every single day. Every one also owns one garage, he has to own three. I have a theory that he friends all the old neighbours, so that when they die he gets a chunk of the money, and I am not even exaggerating that bit. He also used to film kids playing football outside, because it's no ball games. And the sign says "no ball games" and he went out and got one that said "strictly, no ball games" fucking twat. And he calls the police for almost everything and anything that happens, the most minor thing and he rings the old bill, and he called me paranoid ? lol

So what should I do ????

Am I the only one which thought you over reacted?

If I was in 'MY' garden and I happened to glance up and see someone staring down at me from their window next door, I would think. Hmm this is rather odd.

I may then smirk or say something to someone near by me like 'that's weird, that guy up there is watching me'.

Then if that said 'weird guy looking at me' suddenly shouted 'what is your problem, I can't look out the window?'

I'd be a bit like

I probably would call you a weirdo / wanker.

... Then at this point you stormed downstairs to argue some more.

Personally you seem the weird one.

to be fair, you approached him, regardless of what he was saying with his friend.

I would leave it....

It wasn't his garden mate, he was outside (in the public area) where I live there is a huge public green outside the front (which is what I see from my window) he was just about to enter another neighbour's garden, and I wasn't even staring at him, just glancing out the window

Some interesting thoughts from you guys, not sure on most of them though

i agree with Lawrah, totally ignore him, do everything by the book and you can't be in the wrong, everytime you see him just laugh to yourself about him and walk away
