And he still lives at home
Also I don't think that's the most expensive, I've heard of more

i would like to see a £700-800 detail compared to a £7,200 detail as i struggle to believe there will be £6000 worth between them

He was in an auto express mag i read last week. seems a nice lad, got his head screwed on right.
drives a mk1 or mk2 golf iirc, very clean obviously
yeah it's a lot for a detail but people who have money and expensive cars don't care.
if you spend 100k+ on a car then 5k or whatever to get it better than showroom condition isn't that much in context is it.

well paying 5% of the cars value for a clean is loads IMO, the majority of owners who pay 8 grand for a car would not pay £400 for a clean!

£7k is the most expensive it will ever get.
Fair play to the lad, I wish i'd done similar before everyone jumped on the bandwagon.

a few on here have paid 200+ for a detail when the car probably costs no more than 5k so double that and it's bang on
i need a detail on the puma but i wouldn't pay for one simply because it cost me 2k and i intend onrunning it into the ground.

That's about right Ben, I paid £4k for my car and paid £200+ for the detail. Worth it though imo seeing as my intentions are to keep the car a long time and I'm a bit of a perfectionist

"layered the entire workshop floor and walls with specialist tiles imported from Italy which help reflect flecks of dirt on the cars."
Not much use then if the tiles reflect dirt back on the cars

I wonder what that lads gross profit is per year? and how much goes into his personal bank account and not back into the company?
I mean the stuff he uses is quite expensive, he has rent and all the other usual associated business bills.
