We needed someone with good organisational skills to step up and sort it out. everyone was well up for it but nobody wanted to take charge. the thread just died out after a bit. i think i may have put people off by saying i wanted a venue with 30's in it which made the choice of venue's decrease. if te venue is right and it's kind of central to everyone then i'm up for it still... so long as it has 30's...

i would defo be up tbh not that fussed bwt 30's be just good to go somewere diff, theres a few decent venues around the midlands. if there is enough there is acton burnell but thats quite pricey but you get the whole lake for said amount of time

i have got a shakespeare cypry bivvy one man good condition not used many times.
shimano carp rod used once then got new rods. set of 3 shakespeare bite alarms in carry box. offers welcome.
also got match fishing tackle aswell if anyones interested.
im in tamworth im willing to post at extra cost.

if every1 is traveling i would say at least a night session, im looking at 100ish mile to midland area, there is blue bell lakes, it holds benson ... uk's biggest carp at 65lb + it is quite pricey and no guarentee of pegs but its a struggle to find night fishable ponds around there
