My GF is in the process of doing her driving test/theory etc.

So shes got this revision CD thing, official Highways Agency one. Where you can take tests on a laptop using real theory test questions.

So I have a go at it, start going through the questions, and its throwing things like

"You accidentally leave the filling cap off your diesel car, pick 3 of the following effects this would cause"

Some of the possiblities being, "You would make the road slippery for other drivers", "You would create higher emissions"

Wut???

What happened to what does this sign mean etc etc, what a random obscure question to ask. Might aswell ask "What would happen if you left one of your wheels off the car" or "What would happen if you were doing an engine conversion and you forgot to put the engine back in"

That wasnt a one off either, it was full of random shit like this

What about putting this one in? - "You are driving around one day and your steering wheel comes off in your hand - what effects would this cause other motorists? a)potential death? b) potential trauma watching your death? c) the re-sale value of your car drops, making it a cheaper alternative and benefiting someone who is looking for a car to do up?"

ive alwasy liked the ones about the colours of cats eye on the motorway.... does anybody take any notice of them?

blue for sliproads, white for hard shoulder and lane markings, and red for the right hand edge close to the crash barrier no?
