Am I right in thinking you need no equipment at all? Might be interested in having a go at this. Started to get into working out etc last few weeks. Did you buy / download the discs?

You can ticket people for doing handbrake turns yet it's ok to buy dodgy dvd's

I'm buying it as we speak, i'll probably do as much with it as I did with p90x, nothing.

Cardio orientated like you say cosmo. I think this is what i need.

Im probably not even close the fitness levels needed to do this, but if i can do half of it a day to start with, its gonna be a good start.

I have the disc, im not so sure selling it to you is a good idea mr gtitim. I dont fancy a fine

1st september sounds like a good date to start.

Im mega unfit, so it gives me a few weeks to smash the new rowing machine/treadmill and get myself into a better shape for it.

Who else wants to join in on this. More people the better, makes it easier to stick with it!

I tried Insanity after completing p90x.

P90x works different muscle groups each day, so in turn allows your muscles to recover.

Insanity works your legs every single workout (with some pushups etc added in some workouts but still mainly legs) so they have no time to recover.

I only did about three weeks, before I needed to rest my legs.

Have fun with the Pure Cardio workout

I can sort the dvds like last time.

£5 With 1st class postage.

Dvds have all workout videos on, plus a calender. There is no nutrition guide

Its pretty much all cardio work. It involves ALOT of jumping around like a lunatic, so its constantly using your legs. But your also throwing your arms around, press ups, planks etc etc.

Its not gonna get you built like a brick shit house, but you will shed ALOT of fat

IMO

Have been looking in to this more and tbh think Im going to mix it up between this and some of the P90X workouts. Im not really after anything purely cardio.

same thing just less fuss

I'm not exactly small on the muscle front anyway, but my original plan was to cut right down before I started bulking to have as little fat as possible. However that didn't work. So going to shed the fat for two months hopefully!

I'll get some hunk-tastic progress pictures up when I start.
