Might be picking up a set of spare track wheels this weekend so will be in the market for some tyres for them.

Who makes semi slicks apart from toyo and yoko? Ive heard a few mentioned but cant remember any specific names

Need them in 195 width and 15" and 50 profile

All ive found so far are r888's at £100 a corner which seems steep as I always thought they were around 80 each

Going to phone the local place in the morning to see what they can offer

Gav

Not really as I have wheels to drive there and back on. but I think they have to have tread and be E marked to be allowed out on track with

at the kumho coloured jobbies

they go a kumho 70a track tyre but it appears to be more then the r888's anyway

Sure last time I looked you couldn't get an RB5 in that size. Same as I run on the Puma.

Id recommend r888s, the dunlops arent meant to be as good. According to drivers of the classic touring car club anyway.

Might just stick with the tried and tested r888's seems they come in different compounds too. Just go for the hardest one?
