The kit comes with a new bonnet, single piece nose section plus separate grill & front bumper. The rear section is made up of a one-piece rear quarter, roof , back panel and again separate rear bumper. The doors are given a new skin and the seal/rocker covers are also separate (unlike some kits where these are all in one). You also get new headlight covers and an engine cover. (This locks down on the trunk/boot catch).
amazing stuff i reckon

The company who made the F355 kit for the MR2 went out of business I think coz the kit resembled a Ferrari too much and the Italians didnt like that.

I agree i think they are great, ferrari lloks for under 10 grand and with the mr2 turbo lump in, with a bit of tuning it aint gonna be that slow either.
There is always gonna be tha wannbe factor, but i dont think the cossie comparsison is fair!!
If i had the oppurtunity i would deffo have one

Well why not just do it and not put ferrari badges all over it. Kit looks smart, and no one could call you a wannabe unless you've rebadged it/got ferrari wheels...

right ppl,
my dad is pretty heavily envolved within the kit car industry,
one of the u.ks best and nicest ferrari 355 style kits is made by bad designs!
i have seen a few of thier cars at kit car shoes etc!
if you are looking to build one buy the kit car magazine, there is always a few for sale in the back at around 10k, most are based on a twin entry turbo mr2,
but dont bother spending loadsa wonga on ice or buckets, make an exact replica cos i have seen some with like 2 15" subs in boot - bonnet! what ferrari owner would do that??
