take plenty of spending money so you can buy more ammo/paintball grenades etc. Wear loose clothing so you can run around easier, try wearign something other than trainers as it hurts if they hit your shoe. Get plenty of cover.
Last but not least.....Have Fun.

if movies have taught me anything you need to be topless and wear some type of shredded clothing around the forehead in a kamikaze fashion to win.
also watch out for predators

Paintball is for people that like running around shooting dulux over each other, the guns are fucking useless and carry no range and you usually get people that haven't a clue what they are doing attending.

Instead of airsoft where people run about in army gear shooting BB guns at each other

always go wide, when the whistle blows to begin, run as far around the outside as possible with a couple of mates.
Also, top up on smoke grenades for hostage senarios etc.
Its also fun to smoke out the enemy if they;re in a building

this
If i see someone, fire a few and see how close they get. You often find that your not close but people will keep on shooting.
If you get paint grenades watch out for trees. I remember once I was camped out with a mate, he lobbed a grenade - it hit a tree and came back next to us and exploded
And don't wear trainers. If the ground is wet is easier in boots. You also dont stand out quite so much as someone with white shoes...

my tip would be if you end up close to the enemy, either shoot them quickly before they get you or run very fast i got shot in the thumb from about 7/8 foot away and it was swollen for about a week, the bruise behind the nail stayed til it grew out with the nail
all in all it doesn't always hurt when you get hit, but sometimes you'll get a doozy that'll hurt like fuck, its all part of the fun though
