He has set up a charity called 23 Foundation. His aim is to get £1m in the bank account of it then use the interest from that to invest in youth in the local community. All the money is going to that, plus a load he has already put in himself.

I was actually joking with that comment at 1st BUT - After having a look, Owen played in 33 games in all competitions last season, Know how many Torres played in? 32

Think you'll find Owen played in 31. Torres also played in 10 international games.

Just looking at his record though, 22 goals in 32 games for us

Everywhere i looked it said he played 33... which is rather convenient for my point

And yea wasn't going to mention the goalscoring record Owen only managed 9
