i once tried all day on a monday and not once did they ever pick that phone up.
i never used them and i never will after that day.
pvd are shit.

What you on about? We have six phone lines and several members of staff answering the phones. Occasionally if it gets very busy it will be hard work getting through, but we can see on our phone system if calls are missed and very few are.

We hardly sit on our arses watching the phones ring off!

And it was probably more a case that we were picking up lots of calls, rather than none.
