Using My pic and and my car to sell their bumper as shown in April Maxp and new Fast car . Is this breaching my copyright as I took the pics and obvousily they nicked it off the net? I paid full wack for the bumper and dont expect them to use my pic for their benefit ...can i tell them to take them off.

You can sue them if you wish.

DSON on the board had a pic of his car used by another company, all he got was stickers from them, but you could take the piss and demand all sorts of stuff, money back, sue them etc.

I had an insurance company use mine ( C13RSA) in an advert. I rang them up & said thats my car why are you using it. Cant remember what they said but it wasn't there the next month

hmmmm....i would think that you could make them take it off coz they are benefitting from ya car without givin ya anything in return.
ask them for some discount...is they say NO then say "fook yaselfs" and make sure the pic comes off

I am sure you can sue if they are using in in advertisement to gain business for the company then they have to pay you.

discount on what......i dont need any new stuff..and their new bumpers...well speaks for themseleves....what really pissing me off is they could have used a better pic....
