i did something like this on the corrado forum, and i know a few people on here have xbox live and forza 3.
These are the rules we had when i played, obviously we won't use a corrado 
1. Race night is Sunday evening at 20.00pm unless top gear is on, if you can't always be available to race then don't put your name forward.
2. You have to race in a VW Corrado (obviously) and the maximum PI is capped at 400.
3. Points will be awarded for race results in an F1 style allocation, 10 for 1st, 8 for 2nd, 6 for 3rd down to 1 for 8th.
4. Driving aids, all will be forced off except for ABS, you can opt for any type of gearbox shift selection.
5. The simulation option will be full, this includes tyre wear and fuel consumption along with full collision and crash damage.
6. Grid order will be random
7. Races should be around 30 minutes long but allow an hour.
8. Races will start at 20:10 on the xbox dashboard, you need to be in the lobby/party by 20 0
9. Race results, best lap times and current league will be posted in this thread in this post.
10. The race series will be over 10 tracks in 10 weeks
Who would play?, i think you can have 8 players, any suggestions for car and Pi ratings, we did 400Pi as it limits some of your mods but lets you build a decent car

i used to do this on forza 2 done it for nearly 2 yrs every sunday lots of different cars and pi`s etc was rerally good

I think 400 is a good limit as it lower cars means more exciting races
I'll play! I did try to start something like this but it never really started as i didn't push it...

I would be interested, I should be able to make it on most Sundays. I'm only a bit into the game as I got bored with it so if we can keep the pis low and cheap that would be ideal!

i'd be up for this ... might need to sell some cars  what would we all be in corsas then? or just a limit on speed/class?

That was lifted from 3cm's post on a corrado forum, I think its best to just set a pi limit and people choose their own, some will go for lightness others for power, makes it interesting
