the fa will eat humble pie and prise redknapp away from spurs when there doing well, when they should have given him the job when they picked that spanner mclaren.

Why? Redknapp hasn't done anything special has he? He's just another over hyped English manager, would be just another Kevin Keegan/Steve mclaren if he got the job imo

TBH he wouldnt take the job unless they match his £10m a year wages he is currently on (£2m basic then £8m from dodgey agents fees).

I'll eat my hat if Redknapp gets anywhere near the England job. He has too much of a dodgy wide-boy reputation, the FA won't touch him with a bargepole.

Although saying that, they gave it to Venables and he had a similar cockney wheeler-dealer thing going on.

It might be Hodgson tbh, depends how the next year or so goes for him.

Not special as in european trophy or title, but can you name me an English manager that is doing better? and it is in two years so who is to say Redknapp doesn't win a couple of trophies or goes a long way in the champions league?? Hodgson is the only other decent option tbh.
