Just interested to know a few things...
how many of you do your hair before the gym?
how many buy a gym outfit or outfits, or do you just chuck on an old pair of shorts and a t shirt?
how many of you drink protein during training? How many drink some pro just as your walking out?
Just interested as to peoples gym habits really!
Personaly i dont give a shit what i look like when i go down there, normally same old smelly shorts and polo shirt i ve used for the last 4 years. Always wait till i get home before attempting to eat/drink some pro or what ever, normally i feel close to throwing up and the thought of eating makes it worse!

Never do my hair, it takes me ages to do mine anyway and a cba doing it every day
I wear some shorts and either my england top or a plain black tshirt
I just take a big bottle of water in an old lucozade bottle, i take my protein when i get home.
I see the people you are talking about all the time though Saw one bloke spend about 20mins telling the instructors all about his new Armani vest and generally posing in the mirror

I go as early as possible to avoid anyone that's clearly an idiot, plus the squat rack is guaranteed to be empty at 6am.
I wear the shorts and tshirts that I don't mind getting covered in chalk.
I don't see a problem with having a recovery drink while you're walking out Any sort of "poserness" is outweighed by the fact I look like I'm about to be sick and that I'm drenched in sweat.

Tbh with pre-workout supps its hit and miss, one that works good for me will do nothing for you etc.
Im getting on ok with the No Xplode NT sticks, first time ive tried them. Usually have Gaspari Superpump250.
Always have a solid meal 60-90 mins after post workout shake... 250g chicken, 125g rice & mixed veg.

i found with no xplode that the first couple of days my body reacted awesome to it. now it has no effect, i found superpump nice and tasted good, but so far jack3d has been the best. consistent in what it does for me, the only side effect i have found is that it makes me sweat like you would not believe.
also no xplode makes me laugh, first time i made one, it blew the lid of my shaker!!

Insulin can be dangerous but i know what im doing with it, done plenty of research. My nephew is diabetic so i knew quite a bit on the subject before.
Just gotta get the food intake spot on with insulin, and take precautions.

Hairs too short to "do anything" with.
shorts with any tee, usually covered in oil/ holes.
A 2ltr bottle of water with grab handle, then a shake when i get home.
Whats your age/ starts Craig?.. Slin is very hit and miss, most people i know who use it just get fat
