Ians real name is Ron Frith..

Date of Birth: 22nd October December 1972

Birth place: Hull

Height: 6' 2"

Eye colour: Brown

Nationality: British

Ron started bartending in 1994 at TGI Fridays and in his six years, he worked at almost all of their UK sites and assisted in the international opening of TGI's South Africa.

Ron attained the level of 'Master Bartender' in 1998 and was a bartender challenge regional, and national finalist.

After leaving Fridays, Ron opened a cocktail bar & brasserie, and after achieving numerous awards and accolades went on to run various cocktail lounges and boutique bars in hotels.

He is currently working at MIX Bar, Reading, and has been lucky enough in his career to have tended bar at many events, for backstage crews and performer parties, has written articles for several magazines and held service seminars.

Ron is currently the UK brand ambassador for Tuaca.

So we have a Tom Cruise on the site...
