Worth an ask.

Normally ticketing folk are your best bet as they need to send tickets etc to thier address

So where is she now? if shes returned home, will be actioned when resources allow. Officers will come and see her. If they tried to drag her into a car and shes acted in self defence then no she will not be charged with assault.

However without knowing the exact circumstances I cant pass further comment.

Right from the beginning..... My partner was walking to the local shop and a black Nissan jeep stop just on front of her a man about 6ft with bald head and glasses got out the car and asked her directions to the town centre. As she was telling him he open the rear passenger door and grabbed her by the hair, he didn't know she really good a kickboxing so she punchEd him in the throat then on the face. She then turned to run off as she was running he drove past her really fast. She phoned me then I ran to meet her. We then phoned the police and was told someone would come out but no one has. We phoned again and explained to someone in the control room what happened and he then replied that if they found the man he could say she attacked him. I

the police are a fucking joke these days.

Surely attempted kidnapping is a higher priority than assault? It's self defence. Vigilante is the only way these days

Is that bollocks assault. Sounds like she felt threatened enough to warrant the use of force.

I'd ignore the jobsworth copper stuck in the control room and speak to someone with sense.
