Well after all the questions over past few weeks about mortgages and bills etc, girlfriend and I have had an offer accepted on a house.
Not saying too much as its still very early days.
3 Bed Semi, with a conservatory, garage, workshop in corner plot:

Not sure of any completion dates as yet until hear a bit more from our solicitors.

fuck that's a big garden  all the best daniel, make sure you get it wrapped up quickly as you know what can happen.
workshop and garage is a bonus! the missus can have her home to hoover up and cook and you can have the outbuildings to mess about with cars and stuff win win!

Looks ace though from that picture, so much you can do with space like that, especially considering a conservatory is usually a large item in a garden and you already have one!

More pics on completion, could move in tomorrow doesn't require any work just needs our own decoration as and when!

Kitchen is old just plain White units, very clean so can stay until money allows will just add colour!
Fire I want a hole in wall style open one with TV above!
Shall see what happens, I'll put any progress up in here when we do make any changes!

Seems to be taking an age for anything to happen really!
Solicitors on with searches, mortage valuer coming Thursday.
Hopefully things get moving once valuation has been done!
Started gathering lots of things, main one being my 40" Samsung LED TV!

Mine took fucking ages - solicitors were appauling 
Think mine was about 10 weeks from offer, and I finally get the keys tomorrow. Plus there was no chain, just me

Six weeks this coming Thursday since offer was accepted, hopefully they pull finger out after this I'm starting to pester them but same story each time! Chain is very small, just us and them!
