bit of advice would be good here. bit unsure wether to kick him the fuck out of the house or not

rite last saturday he went out a night out and brought back people about 3am who were all loud.what made it worse i was at work for 7am, and my dad had to stay round for one night. woke us all up and my dad kicked everyone out haha. i had a massive rage we called each other names etc etc. we all agreed this wasnt going to happen after a previous time, wont go into to much detail but the house got fucked up.since then hes just been sitting in his room and not speaking to us at all. hes got it into his head im in the wrong for some reason and the general atompshere is shit. tried talking to him but i just get one word answers and thats about it.

we all rent together so im abit unsure if i would be allowed to kick him out as were all on the tenacy agreement.

cheers

You all need to sit down and talk it over.

How many people share the house?! Do others feel the same?

So you, your bro and him share, and your dad stays over sometimes.

Well tbh he's fucked isn't he. He's fighting a whole family.

Would be best just to talk to him tbh.

Final warning? Sit down an tell him it's out of order and if it happens again he's out. You can go to the estate agents and gt a new tenancy Agreement drawn up without him on it

shit, we used to...share a house with friends.

we're not friends any more, named have been said and they've stolen our deposit to use theirselves for moving their friends in after we moved out. We're in the process of taking them to court which we're certain we'll win , also they're not getting away with the names they've called my missus.

But yeah, to anyone reading, DO NOT share a house with your friends. You will not be friends by the time you move out. It just doesn't work.

I've been in similar situations, a woman from the house bringing men home at stupid o'clock and whatnot. Also had the other woman bring home a man who tried chatting up my missus. Yeah, house sharing doesn't work, at all. Now living in our own house and it's a massive relief to have our own space and shit and not have to abide by rules and...whatnot, can just do whatever you feel like. We've rented on our own before moving in with them but when living with them it was like living back with your parents again, absolutely fucking shit.

Anyway, kick the cunt the fuck out and stay on your own. Sooner or later it will happen, just up to you when it happens? good luck

Was this the first time it happened? Did you tell them to shut up before your dad kicked them out?

You need to sit him down and tell him it's not your lifestyle and if this keeps going on you will have to part. Only way mate.

Thing is, you don't really want starange people in your home! You don't really know what they will get up to. And, people up after 2am are generally on some sort of drugs...

You either leave car parts around or make up, lipstick and shit.

Youre either straight or gay.

Do the math.
