well the body of an F40 is carbon anyway. dont know details of the car but it might just be a raw finish without paint ?!?

Guessing its a wrap as you can see a bit of red in the holes near the spolier.

Yeah theres a bit of red showing through on the 3rd pic, left hand hole on the spoiler.

Definitely a wrap, the original carbon wouldn't have been that neat a weave, bearing in mind when the cars were built.

I've had the pleasure of driving and painting one at my old bodyshop, such cool cars even if they are hard to drive and I nearly set off the fire extinguisher.
That looks ok in carbon but in White is amazing!

In a way it would be cool to take of the 1 layer of paint and have it as its bare carbon. Wonder how it would look!
Then again, the value would just drop if you did that, quite abit

tbh not that great. Only drove it back to the storage warehouse about 10 miles away and only hit 100 once. All other was low speed and that was hard work. Clutch is so heavy ur leg needs to be huge and you can't see alot. Plus LHD. Duno if they come in RHD.
And also I remember that the carbon looked more like Kevlar with a yellow tinge to it.
