Hey Up,

Not been on here for ages due to not having Internet at home, finally got round to sorting it out so thought I'd stick a few pictures on of how it looks as I know a few of you were interested in how it was going.

Outside:

Hallway:

Room:

Bedroom 2/Spare Room:

Kitchen:

Master Bedroom:

Bathroom:

Garden:

Pictures aren't the best, and I know people say it all the time but the pictures really don't do it justice as you don't get the sense of space there is due to the high ceilings in the building, it feels a lot more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Still got a few more things I need to sort out, need some blinds for the big window and want to sort the mezzanine balcony into glass or perspex to make it look a bit more modern to tie in with the rest of the house but that will come in time (and money!!)

Had it valued last week and they valued it at £135k. I paid £105k for it some I'm happy enough with that for the money I've put into it.

Anyways, hope you like

EDIT - Link to the progress thread I started here: http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=541035 for how it looked when I bought it.

Yeah I know mate, new TV is top of the "Things to buy" list. Been looking at a few 50" over the past few weeks so hoping to get one in the sales after Christmas.

Trainers - Thats just half them, there is another shelf of them added now since that picture was taken as they were still at my mums when the picture was taken!

All in i'd say about 5k. That includes the Kitchen and fitting, and most of the funiture and carpet so not too bad. Did a lot of the labour intensive stuff ourselfs so that helped some money back.

All in, including the kitchen?! I'm looking at a new kitchen at the moment, looked like the appliances (as we need all new) will cost near £2k and at least another £2/3k for the kitchen itself. How did you get it so much cheaper?

Lickily they left the cooker and the fridge so I didn't have to buy owt like that, and I knew the bloke that fitted it for me so he did that on that on "mates rates"

It was the fridge which really got me wondering, the ones I've seen of that size are easily a grand. Sounds very lucky, looks great
