its not the same service though is it
its guarenteed next day before 1pm or something and the contents is insured for a lot more than standard parcels cover. its also trackable.
you pay more for the insurance than anything
but yeah very expensive for the weight then again if your sending somehting in a letter special delivery i would have expected it to be worth a bit of money or be quite important

i sent an a4 envelope with 6 sheets off and it cost £13. its gone up am sure it used to be cheaper
