i would've loved to have come but a combination of saturday overtime, a car that makes silly noises while in gear and the need to get tugged around shops looking at fucking ovens meant i could not attend
pics would be nice.

Wont pass sound regs for track days. So has to go.
Its got one of those DTUK chips. So supposed to be 200bhp... underpowered from the quoted power but still a good gain for the money.

Did yours have one of your maps Warren, what were the figures?

186bhp and 278lbft - lower than expected by about 10-15% in torque and power
but andrews (same car ran 179bhp) cant fault the way mine drives though - if it wasnt for the figures id say it had more torque feels quicker than my gsi was
tony in the k1 leon made 301bhp and 320lbft and that was expected to be 306bhp so within 2% spot on

I'm not disputing that, you slag the boxes off time after time though and your map doesn't seem to be as good as you make out, my boxed astra had smooth power delivery, I drove it, ask me.

why do you have to start something every time?
same day, a car that claim to be a 200bhp dtuk box made 7bhp less - so its still better
two people i know, with 1.9 astra's
one with the box - aggressive delivery and would just spin through 1st, and smoked low down and was sluggish off boost
one drunk more fuel, removed it and saw another 100miles to the tank
im glad your astra drove nice, im realy happy for you
