Hi guys,

Any ideas of what car i can get for £350 or less for winter,

Looked at e36 318i, primera SI's - want something that sort of size, RWD is a bonus.

Cheers

How on earth is RWD in this weather a bonus?!

Last year when it was snowy down here like the rest of the country, every BMW and other RWD car was stranded!

A couple of mates bought a Renault 19 last year for £100 which despite the petrol leak it did the job!

got myself a great escort 1.8 16v Si, sounds gay. but its actually more than good enough as a runaround for the winter.

just don't set yours sights too high imo, if you get something everyone in this situation would like you end up overpaying

It won't be fun though as it'll just leave you stranded, so then just becomes a waste of money imo!

Yeh I got what he meant, but I guess I don't have money to spend on a winter car for purely doing car park drifting in so don't get the point

You would have to wait till the snow had cleared alot before going for some fun in rwd, and most car parks are full of snow for days

RWD is fine in snow as long as you have good tyres and dont floor it all the times.
