First thing is first, he ought to be refunding or whatever those he left in the lurch before he makes a single penny.

But the Vauxhall scene needs people like Chris Astley, makes everyones life easier so I'll give him a second chance.

Bits I bought off him arrived promptly. Think he got too big, too quick and couldn't cope with it all imo.

If he did it again now, he needs to focus on his business 100%.

Good luck to him, I say.

How do you work that one out? People can't pay for things without recieving them (Legally)

IF he owes people money, they should ask him / go through small claims, rather than bitch about him.

If his old company was legally declared bankrupt then the administrators sort out who gets paid.

Starts with anything to do with Government at the top and joe bloggs who bought some mounts is at the bottom.

Normally no money left to pay the customers thier money back.

Plus if he was a LTD company, HE owes nothing. The company does.

People should contact the administrators and try get monies out of them

He hasn't paid everyone back and seemingly has no intention of ever doing so. Funny how he can't afford to do so and is 'bankrupt' yet he can set himself back up in business isn't it? Cunts like him cost people money all over the place by ripping them off then just starting up again when it suits. Maybe legally he doesn't have to pay people back but morally he should. I wouldn't buy a fucking thing off the chiselling twat if he was the last parts supplier on earth.

Has anyone mentioned that, if he can't afford to pay back, how can he afford to start up another business?

So he couldn't cope last time and now he's got a real job and wants to still try and sell bits as well?

Sounds like he'll have problems again.

Also don't know where the money would be, surely he's had money to do things and bought stock to sell. The money can't just disappear? He's either spent it on himself or business expenses, either way and aside from his legal position, he's taken people's money and lost it for them.

Sure there will be people happy to trade but I personally wouldn't. In fact I wouldn't generally deal with any of these forum-based people who don't have real shops. Too many bad experiences over the years.
