Very happy with the look!

Had to raise the front up ever so slightly due to tyre/coilover contact, but will fire a pair of 225 or 215 wide tyres on to combat this.

Opinions?

Now, who wants a few grams?

Think they look far too big, surely you will have issues with the back rubbing if you get anyone/anything heavy enough in the back?

Exactly, they would look really good in a smaller size, if you like it then that's the main thing.

I don't think they look too bad.

If you had called this thread, 'Fitted 17's to my A3' and it looked like that people wouldn't bat an eyelid.

Talk about state the obvious obviously not considering most peoples comments are about the size

If the rear was a touch higher I think it'd look ok tbh.

They do look a little big, but not bad. Would look ace on an S3 I reckon.

A tad too big for me, if your car had larger numbers/skirts it would help balance it out imo

Too big, will handle like a pig now aswell!

18"s are spot on for A3/S3s.

Like how it looks. Think 18's would be as big as I would have gone with the a3, 19s for a passat or an a4/a6.

Think if you raised the rear up a little it would be spot on

Nice wheels, just too big imo. 17 or 18 would be spot on
