Half my friends have their profile pic set as a cartoon to support nspcc(I have no idea what impact they think they are making)
Today several of my 'friends' now have this update.
"~ATTENTION!! That group that started the 'post' about changing your profile picture to a cartoon character has just been reported, they are actually a paedophile group that is doing this because it is easier to get accepted 'friend requests' from children! Please re-post!!"
comments under it along the lines of...
"oh my god - these guys are sick"
"im changing mine back now - and will tell everyone I know"
"we need to do something about these sickos"
"thanks for that - how do I copy this?"

 I don't understand what's worse, the idiots who changed their picture in the first place, or the idiots who say its a paedophile group.
Either way, if you want to help charity, fucking donate, as it doesn't do anything changing your facebook picture.

I had to laugh when most of my friends changed there's to Paedo Bear for the irony.
As Pow said, if you want to support the NSPCC, donate money - what does changing your profile picture to that of a cartoon actually achieve

Im gonna stick with Ricky Ponting - raising awareness that the aussies are shit at cricket.. if you want to support my cause change your profile pic to a miserable looking aussie ... or just do what you want and dont live your life according to facebook
