In all fairness he got what he deserved, was charged with affray after getting involved in a fight his mate was having with someone else, the other lad came off worse and it was all on CCTV. I have no sympathy for him.
He's 19, just out his apprenticeship and has been given 4 months in her majestys hotel. I'd fucking hate to be in the clink over christmas mind you, I dont know if he'll get reduced sentence for good behaviour. If anyone knows Glen Parva where he's been sent to, its very hard not to get in trouble.

He will prob get 2 months on good behaviour but as you said its hard to stay out of trouble inside. I've had mates go in and come out for a week if that. or had a fight inside and never come back out

Guessing he had previous convictions? Fair harsh getting 4 month for a fight (unless he seriously hurt the other lad).

Will be out in 6-8 weeks, depending if he gets a HDC (tag). Parva is full of muppets with a point to prove, and everyone thinks they are billy big bollocks and will fight to prove it.

He must have did the guy some damage. If I got sent away for 4 months for a scrap when my only previous was carrying a wee bit of grass I'd be absolutely fuming.

Up to 25 year olds I think, I know a couple of lads who have been in there and they say it isnt nice, full of chavvy scumbags wanting to prove how hard they are.

Wound
This section is about the legal definition of 'wound'. For the medical definition, see wound
For this purpose, a wound is an injury that breaks the continuity of the skin.[1] There must be a division of the whole skin and not merely a division of the cuticle or upper layer.[2]
A single drop of blood is sufficient, but it must fall outside the body: see JCC (a minor) v. Eisenhower (1984) 78 Cr. App. R. 48. In this case, a pellet gun was fired at the victim. The bullet ruptured blood vessels above his eye, causing his eye to fill with fluid. Lord Justice Robert Goff said the rupturing of blood vessels is an internal wound, only the breaking of WHOLE skin would warrant a wounding charge.
A bruise or internal rupturing of blood vessels is not a wound,[3] and neither is a broken bone.[4]
Wounding does not imply the use of a weapon; a kick may be wounding.

Naah he only got busted later on after witnesses made statements etc,
But totally nailed the guy and he was in a very bad way.
Don't really know much as it was kept quite hush hush.
Ah I see cheers that makes more sense!

Sentances are automaticly halved unless stated by the judge.
Then can be halved again if hes eligable for a tag.

You got away with 12 months in the end didn't you Gaz? After a life sentence, it was a good effort.
