Well, I've been thinking lately about getting another corsa. I've replaced the whole front end on my current
corsa, serviced it. Its got a strong reliable corsa c engine in it.
But the bad bits are my B pillar is cracked... And i have rust on one of the rear arches, will get pictures tomorrow. Also the clutch is slowly going, what do people think? Go for a new project or keep this and repair it
Sean.

Think for such a small problem would be a shame to let go, will loose all the money you spent on the front, and your bound to find problems on any new one you get due to their age

Repair on the cracks is probably £4-600, entire car for that money will have more problems than just pillar cracks.
Little bit frustrating as you don't get anything new, but the only real way to sort that is to book it in to a bodyshop.
Good news is that you can do the arch rust at the same time.

What Corsa C engine is in it? I thought they were all fly by wire?
I'd say keep it if you know the car.

Thats personal preference, not a mechanical or bodywork issue

For the work said I'd keep your one, Vreg is one of the later shells so I'm surprised the B pillars cracked??
Get a post 97 rear and paint the spoiler too, gsi is dated it will transform the entire car.
