civic is sold.... deal was for £3800 but I knocked £50 of since he came from Birmingham a five hour trip... so sold for £3750... should get about £4-500 back from insurance too 
I know it went cheap but if you look on civic type r forums you have newer going for a lot less

High milage and im sure there clutch will need replaced soon if its still on its first.
Dont really get anything back for mods.
Satin silver ones go for cheaper as well imo.
Hardly anything to rave about tbh.

How much did it cost you to get the bits painted though??So that'l mean you got even less for it.
Where about in the north east are you that it took him 5hrs to get to you??Im sure i could drive to Brum in less than 5hrs from here in Scotland.

was an accident on the way.. he also noticed it had a near bald tyre. it cost me £100 for paint but i wouldnt of got near that for it without it

Yea tis true, can pick them up dirt cheap these days... I'll be lucky to get £5.5k for my 30th Anni edition ...... although surely now they've stopped making the Type R in the long run they should hold their value more?
