Just started it after Doug showed me it.... Anyone else fancy doing it for 6 weeks?

I started on rank 3 Week 1, Day 1. Which consisted of 10-12-7-7-Many as you can (12) - so 48 in total

I started this, but didn't stick to the programme (iPhone app). Can now do the 100, took about 2 months i'd say.

I did this about a year ago. I didn't progress as well as it said I would but got the eventually. Forgot exactly how long it took though.

started after initial test of 21 got onto week 3 day 1 and physically couldnt do it, arms just gave up! still got the app so might do it again but only do an initial test of 10 and see if i an get past week 3

I've done a set of 100 a few times now but didn't follow the program.
I basically aimed to do 100 in as fewer sets as possible (generally doing 50,25,10,10,5) with the first set being max reps.
For what its worth I found it easier on my knuckles with my elbows tucked in

NOTE: Don't try this on carpet as I just did, you won't have any knuckles left.
Saw this website a while ago, always include press ups in my warmup so I'll give this a try

What's everyone on? I'm doing my day 2, on rank 3 tomorrow. I know a few people have skipped to week 3 etc. I done 16 on my initial test but reckon I could of done a few more but just came back from the gym where I was doing chest its pretty good so far.
