Following on from a thread on PH, what gets to you?

Here is some for me;

'Why do you need a car that goes 'that' fast when the limit is 70?'

Another would be when somebody tells me their 2.0 diesel mondeo/passat/insert family car here, ' absolutely flys'

Another diesel one - when they have a diesel family car like above, and say how the thrash it everywhere and yet still does 50 odd to the gallon knocking around town.

'Slow down'....when your in a low gear but doing the speed limit.

When someone mentions the word BMW, they assume its worth £30,000 instantly and that your loaded (had this with my old e36 318is)

When people see me, and my cars, and say you must be loaded - (got this from the better halfs uncle + cousin who has a Range Rover sport and a chrysler crossfire).

When people say ' my car does 600 miles to a tank, its really economical', and they have put £100 worth of fuel in it

People on my street say that all the time to me. I struggle to pretend to laugh now, i've heard it that much. It's usually met with a "haha, yeah ok" then they don't know what to say
