If your going to the gym you need to get Protien down you. So take a shake of CNP pro peptide day and night, with a shake of CNP pro recover after you have trainer. and when you eat just eat chicken breast, or tuna or turkey or steak with rice or pasta as much as you can. the more you get down you the better. abut training right is essential.

Or Inject

My diet pretty much consists of chicken, tuna and salad. I can eat what I want and when I want and I don't seem to be adding any extra fat, however I think i've got a good muscular frame considering I never work out or do any exercise lol.

Basically a high protien diet is what you want. But don't bother with those protien shakes. Just eat more real food.

On that note. I'm away for a chicken sandwich.

We are all wasting hours training! All we need to do is just eat chicken and we'll get mahoosive like blukoo! Protein shakes are a good idea if you need to up you're protein intake and don't have the time, they can also help with recovery. Its quite important to take a shake or eat protein rich food within the hour after the gym, as your body absorbs it best then, So I've been told, I haven't done any official studies myself like!
